Shipping Policy

Our dispatch centre is located in Melbourne, Australia. The estimated time for standard delivery within Australia 2-5 working days to major centres and longer for regional and remote areas and for international shipping up to 7 to 30 working days.

Please ensure that there will be a person on the premises during business hours to sign for your items. If there is no person present to sign for the delivery, a card will be left and all items will be taken to the nearest Post Office or Depot. The items will be held at the Post Office or Depot for 7 days and if not picked up will be returned to the Sender and re-delivery fee will apply.
